Join us at our annual Crafts of Cairo sale in NYC!

We are grateful to be partnering once again with our friends at the St. Mary & St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church in Manhattan! This year’s event will be held from Friday, December 5th to Sunday, December 7th.

This holiday season, find beautiful, handcrafted gifts made by the talented artisans of the Association for the Protection of the Environment (APE)—a vocational training program empowering women in Cairo’s garbage recycling community. These unique items are crafted from clean, recycled materials, showcasing the creativity and skill of these inspiring artisans.

With your purchase, you’re not just buying a gift, you are supporting a transformative program that provides valuable job skills and training to Egyptian women from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. The proceeds directly benefit these efforts, helping individuals build a brighter future for themselves and their families through meaningful employment opportunities.

Celebrate the season of giving by supporting sustainable craftsmanship and empowering communities in Cairo.
